Review the minutes from the March 17, 2011 regular meeting, for
approval.
III.PUBLIC HEARINGS
A.Ordinance No. 11-017: Pain Management Clinic
Petition of St. Lucie County to amend the St. Lucie County
Development Code to address Pain Management Clinics by
amending Section 2.00.00 definitions; by amending Section
3.01.03 Zoning District; by creating Section 7.10.29 for Pain
Management Clinic Supplemental Standards; providing for
conflicting provisions; severability and applicability; providing for
filing with the Department of State; providing for adoption and
codification and an effective date; providing for automatic
expiration of the moratorium on new Pain Management Clinics
upon effective date of this Ordinance.

Action Recommended: Forward recommendation of approval to
the Board of County Commissioners.
