under a primary building permit. This application for Permit may not be used for any activity that includes any type or kind of structural
alteration. Building activities involving structural alteration, in addition to the replacement of Windows, Skylights, Doors & Overhead
Garage Doors, must be permitted through the regular building permit review process. The information to be provided with this application
includes:

Indicate the total value of the work to take place. Total cost of
construction includes all material and labor costs associatedwith the
building/construction activity. The value of construction is used to
determine the amount of permitting fees to be assessed St Lucie
County reserves the right to question and/or modify the indicated
value of constniction if it is demonstrated that the submitted figures
are not consistent with` similar types of construction.
All applications for Permits are to be submitted to the St Lucie County Building and Zoning Department, St. Lucie County Administration

t. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the 2010 Rorida Building Code
(FBC) structural requirements excluding the' High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2. Product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on details. Anchor embedment to
base material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind bome debris protection this product is required to be
protected Wth an impact resistant covering that complies with Section 1609.1.2 of the FBC.
4. For 2(stud framing construction, anchoring of these units shall be the same as that shown
for 2x buck masonry construction.
5. Site conditions that deviate from the details of this drawing require further engineering
analysts by a licensed engineer or registered architect.

Architectural Systems, Inc. based on Rule Chapter No. 9N-3.005, Method 1a of the State of Florida
Product Approval, Department of Community Affairs - Florida Building Commission.
Limits of Use:
Alexis Spyrou, P.E. does not have nor will acquire financial interest in the company manufacturing or
distributing the product or in any other entity involved in the approval process of the product named
herein.
This product has been evaluated for use in locations adhering to the 2007 & 2010 Florida Building
Code.
See Installation Instructions EAS038, signed and sealed by Alexis Spyrou, P.E. (FL # 68101) for specific
use parameters.
1. This product has been evaluated and is in compliance with the 2007 & 2010 Florida Building
Code, excluding the "High Velocity Hurricane Zone" (HVHZ).
2. Product anchors shall be as listed and spaced as shown on details. Anchor embedment into
substrate material shall be beyond wall dressing or stucco.
3. When used in areas requiring wind borne debris protection this product complies with
Section 1609.1.2 of the 2007 & 2010 Florida Building Code and does not require an impact
resistant covering.
4. Site conditions that deviate from the details of drawing EAS038 require further engineering
analysis by a licensed engineer or registered architect.
