Dear Cindy
Kindly accept this as our bid and proposal for the following work 'per your request.
We will provide all labor and materials for the following
• We will supply and install one (1) stainless steel wall mounted hand sink with
faucet and supplies.
• We will provide the proper plumbing permit for the installation of the new hand
sink.
• We will pipe in the water lines with CPVC.pipe and fittings exposed and strapped
on the wall and will run Pvc Dwv pipe and fittings for the drainage to the existing
floor drain that will be used as an indirect waste for the new hand sink.
• 'We will supply and install one (1) mixing valve for the hand sink for the proper
water temperature.
• We will need the soda valves and the electrical _mo_ved b_ y others prior to us to _
install the new hand sink.
We will complete this work during normal working hours Monday thru Friday 8:30am
until 4:30pm and will warranty our materials and labor for one (1) year from the
completion of this work.
The total price of this proposalwill be $898.00
