Subject: 10701 S Ocean Dr - Venture Out
I have 2 permits in house for concrete to be installed at 10701 S Ocean Dr Lots 858 and 862. Lot 862 has an alert by you
that the work was already done without a permit. I had a conversation with Mark Lashley regarding the 2 lots
referenced and he called Paula to discuss the same issues. He is stating the concrete is already there and he is repairing
it. Because of drainage issues and utility easements, we are not permitting concrete in the 5' rear setback or in the 8'
unobstructed areas. Paula has asked if you could go out and see if the concrete on these lots and the neighboring lots
are in need of repair and/or create a safety issue. She asks if you could talk to the President of the HOA or manager for
the park to see if they are approving the repair of the concrete.
