Sunstate Contractors, LLC (General Contractor) and David Jackson (Owner)
agree to the following work order contract. The time deadline for'performing this
work is two weeks from the date that the permits are issued. Both, parties reserve
the right to rescind part or all of the contract upon 24 hours' written notice
delivered to the addresses above should the deadline not be achievable. Sunstate
is responsible for obtaining the Renovation Permits and work does not commence
until appropriate permits are issued. Owner to provide all materials and pay
permits and associated expenses.
1. Demolition $1,100.00
2. Electrical Replace and install ceiling lights and add '2 outlets! $2,000.00
3. Replace Master Bathroom Tub with shower stall. Install
faucets in all showers, bathroom and kitchen $3,100.00
4. Install Baseboard and Crown Molding and Led lighting $1,000.00
5. Shower Glass Doors Installation $600.00
20% Markup $1,560.00
Total $9,360.00
Agreed to by the parties on this 291h Day of November, 2019. Jurisdiction and
the State Laws of Florida apply to this contract. Owner waives all rights and all
legal action against Contractor for all work being performed. �
