THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD A
REGULAR MEETING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026, AT 6:00 PM IN THE COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBER OF THE ROGER POITRAS ADMINISTRATION ANNEX, LOCATED AT 2300 VIRGINIA
AVENUE, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA. DURING THIS MEETING, ST. LUCIE COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE RESULTS OF THE 2026 PRIVATE ALS/BLS
AMBULANCE NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY AND MAKE A DETERMINATION REGARDING THE APPLICATION PERIOD FOR CERTIFICATES OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
(COPCN). THE PUBLIC CAN REVIEW AND SUBMIT QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS ETC. REGARDING THE 2026 PRIVATE ALS/BLS AMBULANCE NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY 2026 PRIVATE ALS/BLS AMBULANCE NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY AT https://stluciecofl.portal.civicclerk.com
The Public will be able to submit questions and comments
electronically by visiting the following link online https://stluciecounty.formstack.com/forms/public_comment_form.
Comments pertaining to a public hearing or agenda items must be
received by noon on the day prior to the meeting.
NOTICE: All Proceedings before this Board are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Upon the request of any party to the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceedings will be granted the opportunity to cross-examine any individual testifying during a hearing upon request.
