Dear Mr. Kanars:
The application you submitted to divide the property described by the referenced ID
number has been reviewed and tentatively approved as submitted. Upon receipt of a
recorded Warranty Deed reflecting final division of the property you will receive a final
Letter of Approval.
There is a concrete slab on the second parcel that does not meet setback requirements.
No type of structure may be placed on the concrete.
If the property does not have sewer available, a septic permit is required when submitting
an application for a building permit, therefore it is suggested that you contact the Health
Department before making your final development plans. We also suggest you contact
St. Lucie County Environmental Resource Department for vegetation removal and
wetlands.
