Subject: Re: Certification of Satisfactory Completion for the Underdrain
Constructed at the single family, residence located at a parcel within St Lucie
County, along C-24 Canal Road with Parcel Control Number .3320-323-0001-000-1
Dear Building Official.,
EDC, Inc. was contacted by the residents of the aforementioned location to provide a
sketch and detail of an under drain system to aid in the drainage of the single family
residence. The construction has been substantially completed and in general
conformance with the design.
Due to limitations in the elevation and relief, only one outlet pipe was designed to the .
low ground, providing drainage relief to the project. The single outlet pipe is acceptable
and shall provide adequate outlet capacity for the drainage.
The residents stated that they .plan to cover the under drain system with filter fabric and
decorative stone. This is acknowledged and acceptable practice.
Determination to certify is based upon on -site observation of construction conducted_ by
myself for the purpose of determining if the work proceeded in compliance with the
