The application submitted to split the above referenced lots has been reviewed and
tentatively approved. Upon receipt of a Recorded Warranty Deed a letter of Final
Approval will be sent.
Please be aware that a septic tank permit is required when submitting an application for a
building permit. It is suggested that you contact the Health Department before making
your final development plans.
Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code provides that no
further division of an approved lot split is permitted unless a final record plat is approved •
in accordance with the Code.

said land subsequent to the year 1978. Second Parties also agree
to pay all costs, charges, expenses, lawyer's fees and title
searches reasonably incurred or paid by First Parties because of
the failure of Second Parties to promptly and fully comply with
all conditions and covenants in this agreement. In the event
Second Parties fail to pay, when due, any taxes, assessments, or
other sums of money payable by virtue of this agreement, First
Parties may pay same without waiving or affecting their option to
foreclose this agreement, and all such payments shall bear interest r ;
from date thereof at the highest lawful rate then allowed by the

laws of the State of Florida. .'•
