We have completed the research you requested for the referenced property.
The property is zoned RE-2 (Residential, Estate 2) and is nonconforming because it does
not have the minimum of 100 feet public road frontage for access as required in RE-2
zoning. Through our research we have determined that this parcel is a nonconforming lot
of record. This status would allow you to construct on this property without road
frontage. However, a recorded easement, acceptable to the County Attorney, that
provides access to the referenced property from the closest public road, would be
required. This will be processed as an Administrative Variance simultaneously with the
processing of a building permit. Please be aware that there is a$50 fee for the variance.
