Indian River Drive Dear Ms. Meade-Brann I was out Friday afternoon and I wanted you to know that I did receive the revised plans for the subject property. Although I did not receive scale plot plans. I will forward this project to the plans examiner because the construction is not going outside the footprint of the home there fore does not appear to encroach into any setbacks. If an encroach does occur it may require a variance. This is not the normal procedure for this type of permit application. In the future please adhere to the requirement of the "Application for Aluminum Structures Permit" that you submit two (2) scaled plot plan. If you have any questions please contact me.
