A single family dwelling and permitted accessory structures may be constructed on this property subject to meeting all applicable RS-4 zoning and building code requirements. The following lots, Harris S/D Lots 9 & 10, together are one nonconforming lot of record. These parcels can not be split and 5 feet from Lot 8 would not be allowed • because it would increase the nonconformity of Lot 8. A septic tank permit is required when submitting an application for a building permit, therefore it is suggested that you contact the Health Department before making your final development plans.
