LUCIE HISTORICAL SOCIETY was called to order by Acting Chairman Williams at 12:30 p.m., on February 28, 2006, at Port St. Lucie , Communi ty Center, EOC Room, 2195 SE Airoso Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida. 1 . ROLL CALL Officers Present: c~ristine Willia~s, Acting Chairman Mary Ann Manning, Secretary Patricia Garthwaite, Treasurer ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD MEMBERS \~ Acting Chairman Williams stated, ~Sandra Johnson officially resigned over the phone last month. Her caregiver is going to type something up and have her sign it as soon as she can.' She is not able to do that at this time. Today, we need to élect new . Officers 'and Boe.rd Members. Pat and Mary Ann have served well over their time." Ms. Manning nominated Christine Williams for Chairman. Ms. Garthwai te seconded. the motion, which' passed unanimously by voice vote.
