By staff report November 17, 2006 Lloyd Bell's proposal to develop cargo operations at the Port of Fort Pierce will not be heard by the City Commission Monday as was announced this week. After a meeting Wednesday with county and city staff, Mayor Bob Benton removed the proposal from Monday's commission meeting agenda. Benton said the conceptual development proposal could not be heard until it properly goes through the development review process.
