This meeting of the Fort Pierce Harbor Advisory Committee (FPHAC) was held Thursday,
September 13, 2007 at 3:10 p.m. in Conference Room 3 on the 3rd floor of the Administration
Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.
There was no quorum therefore the minutes from August 9, 2007 could not be approved.
The approval of the minutes will be on the agenda for October 11, 2007.
OLD BUSINESS.
The RFO for Harbor Pointe was discussed, as well as ChucR's Seafood.
NEW BUSINE",
Jim Oppenborn gave a presentation on the Artificial Reef Program and the progress it has
made. Ms. Hearn turned in her letter of resignation. She resigned from the Fort Pierce
Harbor Advisory Committee as of September 13, 2007.
