NOTICE: All proceedings before the St Lucie County Agricultural Development Steering Committee are electronically recorded. If a person
decides to appeal any recommendation made by the St. Lucie County Agricultural Development Steering Committee and with respect to any
matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to insure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which rewrd includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
Upon the request oT any party to the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceeding will
