Approve to correct the March 20, 2008 minutes. Ordinance No. 08- 013 was transposed as Ordinance No. 08-031. III. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Ordinance No. 08-017 – Road, Park and Pubic Building Impact Fees Petition of St. Lucie County Attorney’s Office to adopt impact fees for roads, parks, and public buildings which fees were most recently revised on October 11, 2005 through the adoption of Ordinance No. 05-037. Staff comments and presentation by the County Attorney’s Office. Exhibit 1: Staff Report Action Recommended: Forward recommendation of approval to the Board of County Commissioners. B. Indrio Land Group, LLC – DRI- PA - 420071103 Petition of Indrio Land Group, LLC to remove this item from the agenda. This item is for a Development Order approval for a Development of Regional Impact for the project known as Capron Lakes. Preliminary approval for the construction of 3,100 dwelling units, 200,000 square feet of retail space and 200,000 square feet of office space. Staff comments by Kara Wood. Exhibit 2: Staff Report Action Recommended: Staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve the applicant’s request to remove this item from the agenda. C. Ginn – LA WSL, Ltd., LLLP – CU 06-004 and MJSP 06-003 Petition of Ginn-LA WSL, Ltd., LLLP to allow for a Conditional Use Permit and a Major Site Plan Approval to allow a sand and rock mining operation in the AG – (Agricultural – 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District. Staff comments and presentation by Diana Waite. Exhibit 3: Staff Report Action Recommended: Forward recommendation of approval to the Board of County Commissioners. IV. OTHER BUSINESS A. ADJOURN NOTICE: All proceedings before the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency of St. Lucie County, Florida, are electronically recorded.
