Others Present: Doug Anderson, County Administrator, Ray Wazny, Asst. County
Administrator, Faye Outlaw, Asst. County Administrator, Dan McIntyre, County
Attorney, Mike Pawley, County Engineer, Becky Padrick, MSBU Coordinator, Millie
Delgado-Feliciano, Deputy Clerk
Indian River Estates 2 M.S.B.U. Initial Public Hearing- This item was continued from
the June 7, 2005 Board of County Commission meeting.
The attached correspondence (attachment # 1 and attachment # 2) was received from Fort
Pierce Utilities Authority as well as from the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection.
The MSBU Coordinator addressed the Board and stated the FPUA had advised her they
would work with the County and pay for the costs over and above the actual transmission
component.
Therefore the MSBU is not necessary.
The County Attorney suggested withdrawing the item at the conclusion of the Public
Hearing.
There were no public comments.
The County Attorney advised the Board staff would withdraw this item based on the
letter from FPUA.
There being no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was
adjourned.
