St. Lucie County, Florida, are electronically recorded. Any person who
decides to appeal any action taken by the Contractor Examining Board, at
this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose

THIS HEARING IS IN REGARDS TO A COMPLAINT FILED BY STAFF REGARDING THE
PROPERTY OWNER MR. MICHAEL D. SESCO AT 2603 ROLYAT ST. FOR REROOFING THIS
HOUSE WITHOUT A PERMIT.
A COPY OF THE STATEMENT FROM THE COMPANY THE OWNER FURNISHED TO US
SHOWED $5,470.00 WAS PAID FOR THE JOB.
STAFF HAS SPOKEN TO THE QUALIFIER/OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO STATED HE
TH
WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER. ON MY LAST ATTEMPT TO CALL ON MARCH 9 2009, IT
WAS DISCOVERED THE PHONE LINES WERE DISCONNECTED.
THE CONTRACTOR ALSO HAS 1 EXPIRED PERMIT IN ST LUCIE COUNTY.
IF MR ZEBROWSKI IS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE CHARGES, IT IS THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE CODE COMPLIANCE DIVISION THAT THE PERMITTING
PRIVILEDGES BE REVOKED IN ST LUCIE COUNTY OR WHATEVER ACTION THE
CONTRACTOR LICENSING BOARD DEEMS NECESSARY.
