LUCIE HOSTS FORECLOSURE PREVENTION SEMINAR APRIL 18 FORT PIERCE - St. Lucie County's Community Services Department and Wachovia are sponsoring a free foreclosure prevention seminar on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. - noon at the Havert L. Fenn Center. Presented by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, this two-hour seminar will provide information about key foreclosure terms; potential solutions offered by lenders; what is available through community assistance programs; what options are available as a last resort and more.
