As a part of the county's on-going efforts to reduce costs and become more efficient, I
am writing to seek your assistance with the monthly mailing for the Property and
Homeowners Association meetings.
Our goal is to reduce the significant cost of postage by sending out the monthly packets
via e-mail, whenever possible. If you do not have access to an e-mail account, and you
wish to remain on the mailing list, then please call Charline Burgess at #462-1412. Please
note we will only mail out packets to those individuals and organizations that call and
confirm that they wish to continue receiving this information. Otherwise, you will not ~

ST. LUCIE HOSTS FORECLOSURE PREVENTION SEMINAR APRIL 18
FORT PIERCE - St. Lucie County's Community Services Department and Wachovia are
sponsoring a free foreclosure prevention seminar on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. - noon at
the Havert L. Fenn Center.
Presented by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, this two-hour seminar will
provide information about key foreclosure terms; potential solutions offered by lenders; what is
available through community assistance programs; what options are available as a last resort and
more. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions. ~
