II. MINUTES
Review the minutes from the April 16, 2009 regular meeting, for
approval.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. St. Lucie County Attorney’s Office; Status Report on the Proposed
Impact Fee Methodology update
Petition of St. Lucie County to amend Chapter 1-16.6 “Public
Buildings Impact Fee”, Chapter 1-17 “Roads Impact Fee”, and
Chapter 1-15 “Parks Impact Fee” of the Code of St. Lucie County.
Staff comments and presentation by the County Attorney’s
Office.
Exhibit 1: Staff Report
Action Recommended: Forward recommendation to the Board of
County Commissioners of the adoption of the “Technical
Memorandum on the Methods Used to Calculate Consumption
Based Road, Public Buildings, and Parks and Recreation Impact
Fees” dated May 31, 2009 by the Board of County
Commissioners.
IV. OTHER BUSINESS
A.Planning and Zoning Commission – Status and review of proposed
amendments to Chapter 10 and 12, Land Development Code.
B.Other business at the discretion of the Planning and Zoning
Commission members.
V. ADJOURN
NOTICE: All proceedings before the Planning and Zoning Commission /
Local Planning Agency of St. Lucie County, Florida, are electronically
