Two Strategic Planning sessions are being planned. The November session will consist of round table discussions between the
entities funded by the County and the Board of County Commissioners. The second Strategic Planning session will be held in early
2010. That session is planned to include presentation of a “sustainable budget partnership plan” which would detail the actions to
build a fiscally-sustainable budget for St. Lucie County.
