locations for the St.Lucie TPO CAC Meetings in2010.
Action:Approve or disapprove the 2010 Meeting Calendar.
6c.Congestion Management Process (CMP) 2009Annual Report:
Review ofthe CMP 2009Annual Reportand the revised
CMPImplementation Plan.
Action:Recommend approval of the CMP 2009 Annual Report and the
revised CMPImplementation Plan,recommend approvalwith
conditions, or do not recommend approval.

7a.Jobs for Main Street Act 2010:Initial notification is provided of the
potential need for an emergency Joint TAC/CAC meeting to be
scheduled prior to the next CAC meeting to consider projects that
would be funded by this pending Federal legislation.
Action:None.

10.Next Meeting: Subject to the approval of Agenda Item 6b, the next
St.Lucie TPO CAC regular meeting is scheduled for 3:00pmon Tuesday,
March 16, 2010, in Conference Room 3 of the St. Lucie County
Administration Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
