Action:Endorse,endorsewith conditions, or do not endorse. 9.Discussion Items 9a.Merging the St. Lucie TPO and the Martin MPO:A discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of merging the St.Lucie TPO and the Martin MPO into a single organization. If any person decides to appeal any joint board decision made by the St.Lucie TPO and the MartinMPO with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, that person shall need a record of the proceedings, and for such a purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The St. Lucie TPO and the Martin MPO satisfy the requirements of various non-discrimination laws and regulations including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
