6a. Traffic Counts Program Evaluation: A presentation by
Tindale-Oliver & Associates of the Traffic Counts Program Evaluation
and review of the resulting Organizational Recommendations and the
Implementation Plan.
Action: Recommend approval of the Organizational Recommendations
and the Implementation Plan, recommend approval with conditions, or
do not recommend approval.
6b. North Mid-County Connector Study: A presentation by Calvin,
Giordano & Associates, Inc. of the results of the North Mid-County
Connector Study and review of the recommended corridor alignment.
Action: Recommend approval of the corridor alignment, recommend
approval with conditions, or do not recommend approval.

6c. Draft FY 2010/11-FY 2011/12 Unified Planning Work Program
(UPWP): Reviews of the planning priorities and work program tasks
and elements that comprise the draft UPWP for the St. Lucie TPO for
FY 2010/11-FY 2011/12.
Action: Recommend approval of the draft planning priorities and work
program elements and tasks, recommend approval with conditions, or
do not recommend approval.
6d. Local Projects for Economic Stimulus Funding in 2010:
Prioritization of local projects to be funded in 2010 as part of Federal
economic stimulus legislation.
Action: Review projects and recommend prioritization.
7. Discussion Items
7a. North State Route AlA Pedestrian Access and Safety
Evaluation: Request for the identification of pedestrian access and
safety concerns associated with North State Route AlA.
Action: None. Discuss and provide comments.

10. Next Meeting: The next St. Lucie TPO CAC regular meeting is scheduled for
3: OOpm on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, the location of which is to be discussed.
