8a. Amendment to FY 2008/09-FY 2009/10 Unified Planning Work
Program (UPWP): UPWP amendment for the de-obligation of $250,000 of
the FY 2009/10 Planning (PL) Funds for use in FY 2010/11.
Action: Approve or disapprove.
8b. Amendment to the FY 2009/10 - FY 2013/14 Transportation
Improvement Program (TIP): Approval of an amendment to the
FY 2009/10 - FY 2013/14 TIP for the advancement of the SR-70 widening
project from the Okeechobee County Line to MP 5.871 (FM 230262-2-52-01).
Action: Approve or disapprove.
8c. Resolution No. 10-01 for Filing the FY 2010/11 Planning Grant
Application for the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Program:
Approval of Resolution No. 10-01 for the filing of the FY 2010/11 planning
grant application for the TD Program.
Action: Approve or disapprove.

8d. Amtrak/FEC Corridor Project Work Program Funding Request:
Approval of the submittal of a request to the Florida Department of
Transportation (FDOT) to incorporate all project phases for the Amtrak/FEC
Corridor Project into the FDOT Work Program immediately.
Action: Approve or disapprove.
9. Action Items
9a. Traffic Counts Program Evaluation: A presentation by Tindale-Oliver &
Associates on the Traffic Counts Program Evaluation and review of the
resulting Organizational Recommendations and the Implementation Plan.
Action: Approve the Organizational Recommendations and the
Implementation Plan, approve with conditions, or do not approve.
9b. North Mid-County Connector Study: A presentation by Calvin, Giordano &
Associates, Inc. of the results of the North Mid-County Connector Study and
review of the corridor alignments.
Action: Select one of the corridor alignments, select one alignment with
conditions, or do not select either alignment.
9c. Draft FY 2010/11 - FY 2011/12 UPWP: Review and approval of the draft
UPWP for the St. Lucie TPO for FY 2010/11-FY 2011/12.
Action: Approve the draft UPWP or approve the draft UPWP with comments.
10. Discussion Items
lOa. Local Projects for Economic Stimulus Funding in 2010: Update and
discussion on the prioritization of potential local projects to be funded in 2010
as part of Federal economic stimulus legislation.
Action: Discuss and provide direction to Staff.
11. Informational Items
lla. Amtrak/FEC Corridor Coalition Kickoff Meeting: A summary of the
meeting conducted on March 26, 2010, will be provided by the Executive
Director.
Action: None.

15. Next Meeting: The next St. Lucie TPO meeting is a regular meeting scheduled for
2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at the City of Port St. Lucie Council Chambers
located at 121 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
