CALL TO ORDER: Commissianer Coward called the meeting to order 12:33 PM 2. ROLL CALL: Jennifer Garrity called roll. 3. SELF INTRO©UCTION OF GUESTS: Attending guests identified themselves. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes from May 12, 2010 were approved unanimously. Tourist Development Council Meeting 0 June 9, 2090 6. FINANCIAL a. Charlotte Lombard reported that the April 2010 numbers were $204,344.00, which is up 19% from April 2009. Numbers are up 1 % year to date from this time fast year. b. P & L report was passed out to the TDC members. Mr. Egan looking for more monthly detail. Report attached. 6, DEEP WATER HORIZON OIL SPILL UPDATE & CONTINGENCY PLAN Tom Dafy, the St. Lucie County Emergency Management Coordinator, gave a presentation an the Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill. Mr. Daly spoke of 5t. Lucie County's Contingency Plan. Report attached. 7". 20'1'# MARKETING PLAN REQUEST & INPUT Charlotte Lombard asked for TDC input far the 2011 Marketing Plan. Commissioner Coward asked Charlotte to present a rough draft of the 20'11 Marketing Plan at the next TDC meeting. 8, NEW TDC CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCEMENT Commissioner Coward introduced Commissioner Dzadovsky as the new Chairman of the TDC council. 9, PUBLIC COMMENT Elizabeth Turk from Romantic Vaws.com talked about Advantage Sales for the Sunrise Theatre. She would like to present at the next board meeting. Loretta Milan from the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce spoke of the Social hosted by the Chamber from 5:30 to 7:00. 90.
