FORT PIERCE HARBOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Meeting Held On
June 10, 2010
Convened at 3:00 p.m. Adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
This meeting of the Fort Pierce Harbor Advisory Committee (FPHAC) was held Thursday, June
10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room 3 on the third floor of the Administration Building,
2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken.

ELECTION:
Motion was made by Jerry Kuklinski to retain Ms. Mary Chapman as the Chair and

Motion was made by Bill Thiess to retain Jerry Kuklinski as the Vice-Chairman. Motions were 2 and
passed unanimously.
GUEST SPEAKER:
Tom Daly from the Public Safety Department came in place of Jack Southard, to
give the Committee Member an update on the Gulf Oil Spill. (Handout included).

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
The minutes from the April 8, 2010 meeting were unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS:

Discussion on a Barge at the waterfront on 2 street and House Barge new Midway Rd. Chair
asked Assistant County Attorney Katherine M. Smith to bring a report on the situations status
at the next meeting.
Discussion on Seagrass.
ADJOURNMENT:
At 3:45 p.m. the meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010
at 3:00 pm, location to be determined Conference Room 3 is unavailable on this day.
