Wyner called the meeting to order at 03:45 p.m. Members Present: T. A. Wyner (Chair), Jack Connolly, Lee Drake, Nelson Merchan-Cely and Joe Holiday. Members Absent: James Gibson and Marti Reno. Staff and Others Present: Heather Lueke, William Hoeffner and Suzanne Antonetti Review and Approval of April 29, 2010 Meeting Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes was made by Jack Connolly and seconded by Lee Drake. The motion was approved unanimously. Arts and Cultural Alliance (ACA) update Mr. Hoeffner informed committee members that the firm selected to perform the survey and marketing plan had been selected and the cost would be $46,000. Members inquired as to the due date. Mr. Hoeffner stated he would find out. Proposed revisions to the AiPP ordinance revisions point by point and discussed the changes. Jack Connolly moved to accept the revisions to the ordinance as discussed, Lee Drake seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. Annual Report: Proposed 2010 / 2011 Projects. Committee members reviewed the list of projects to be carried out for the 2010-2011 master plan. The master plan will include: - National UDT Seal Museum Memorial - Garden City Elementary gates - Martin Luther King Memorial Park (water park mosaic) - Fairwinds Golf Course - Restoration of existing murals - Maintenance of existing art works (including maintenance survey) Scheduling of future meeting: Due to a number of members being away for on Summer vacation, no definite date was set for the next meeting. Meeting adjourned at 5:10p.m.
