Hello to all:
I’m pleased to be returning as Chair of St. Lucie County Property and Homeowners Association for this
year. As always, I’m looking forward to working with you, seeing those of you I already know, and
meeting others.
I asked you to come prepared with ideas for our upcoming meetings, topics of interest we can address
which will benefit us all. I’m assuming this discussion will point us in the right direction!
I also saw that there was a mention of one of the recurring themes, Code Enforcement issues, so I’ve
asked Dennis Bunt of the County’s Code Enforcement to join us.
