Gralak Flamingo Signs LLC Sign Electrical Contractor Page 3 of 5 . FCITATION HEARING WAIVERS: Sec. 1-6.8-24. Enforcement procedures. (f) Failure by the alleged violator to either pay the civil penalty or to request an administrative hearing within ten (10) days of receipt of the citation, exclusive of weekends and legal holidays, shall constitute a waiver of right to a hearing. A waiver of right to a hearing shall be deemed an admission of the violation and penalties may be imposed accordingly. Sec. 1-6.8-26. Collection and recovery of civil penalties. (c) A certified copy of an order imposing a civil penalty may be recorded in the public records and thereafter shall constitute a lien against the real and personal property of the violator. The order may be enforced in the same manner as a court judgment by the sheriffs of this state, including levy against the personal property, but shall not be deemed to be a court judgment except for enforcement purposes. After three (3) months from the filing of any such lien which remains unpaid, the county may foreclose or otherwise execute o the lien. No lien created pursuant to the provisions of this part may be foreclosed on real property which is a homestead under Section 4, Article X of the State Constitution. The following violators failed to request an administrative hearing. Staff is requesting approval from the Contractor’s Licensing Board to place a lien on the following violators’ real and/or personal property: Name of Date of Civil Company Violation Violator Violation Penalty Mark L.
