Ordinance 11-031 An Ordinance amending the St. Lucie County Land Development Code to retain eligibility in the National Plood Insurance Program. Ordinance 11-031 would make several changes to the flood regulations to bring them into compliance. Staff comments and presentation by Heather Young, Assistant County Attorney. Ordinance 11-035 An Ordinance amending the St. Lucie County Land Development Code Chapter 3.01.03, Zoning District Regulations, to add Auto Supplies (SIC 5531) as a Conditional Use under retail trade in the CN (Commercial, Neighborhood) Zoning District. ADJOURN NOTICE: All proceedings before the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency of St. Lucie County, Florida, are electronically recorded. If a person decides to appeal any recommendation made by the Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings.
