Committee (BPAC): Appointment of a Resident Running/Hiking
Representative to fill the vacancy on the St. Lucie TPO BPAC.
Action: Appoint or do not appoint.
8b. Amendment to the FY 2010/11 - FY 2011/12 Unified Planning Work
Program (UPWP): Authorize the Executive Director to amend the
FY 2010/11 - FY 2011/12 UPWP for the de-obligation of Planning (PL) Funds
for use in FY 2012/13.
Action: Authorize or do not authorize.

9a. Draft FY 2012/13 - FY 2013/14 UPWP and Proposed FY 2012/13 -
FY 2013/14 Budget: Review and adoption of the Draft FY 2012/13 -
FY 2013/14 UPWP and the proposed FY 2012/13 ~- FY 2013/14 budget.
Action: Adopt the Draft UPWP and proposed budget for FY 2012/13 -
FY 2013/14, adopt with conditions, or do not adopt.

9b. Potential Alternative Office Location: Authorization to proceed with lease
negotiations for a potential alternative office location for the St. Lucie TPO.
Action; Authorize to proceed with /ease negotiations, authorize with
conditions, or do not authorize.
9c. Kings Highway Project Typical Section: Review and endorsement of a
typical section option for the King Highway Project.
Action; Endorse a typical section option, endorse a typical section option with
conditions, or do not endorse a typical section option.

13. .Next Meeting: The next St. Lucie TPO meeting is a regular meeting scheduled for
2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in the Port St. Lucie City Council Chambers
located at 121 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
