Comments from Advisory Committee Members (TAC/CAC/BPAC) 8. ConsentAaenda 8a. Appointment to the St. Lucie TPO Bicycling-Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC): Appointment of a Resident Bicycling Representative to fill the vacancy on the St. Lucie TPO BPAC. Action: Appoint or do not appoint. 9. Action Items 9a. 2012/13 List of Priority Projects (LOPP): Review and adoption of the LOPP for 2012/13. Action: Adopt the 2012/13 LOPP, adopt with conditions, or do not adopt. 9b. Kings Highway Project Limits: Consideration of the submittal of a request to the Florida Department of Transportation to evaluate modifying the limits of the Kings Highway Project in order to receive funding from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. Action: Approve the submittal of a request, approve with conditions, or do not approve. Transportation Planning for Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucle, St. Lucie Village and St. Lucie County August 1, 2012 Regular TPO Board Meeting page 2 of 2 9c. Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP) Grant Application: Endorsement of the Crosstown Parkway Project application for the 2012 TRIP grant cycle, allocation of the 2012 TRIP grant cycle funding in accordance with the funding allocation from the 2011 TRIP grant cycle, and reallocation of funding from the 2010 TRIP grant cycle. Action: Endorse the application and approve the allocation/reallocation, endorse/approve with conditions, or do not endorse/approve. 9d. East Coast Greenway Implementation Plan: Review and approval of the draft East Coast Greenway Implementation Plan. Action: Approve the draft plan, approve with conditions, or do not approve. 10. Discussion Items 10a. Federal Transportation Authorization Bill and Post 2010 Census Activities: Updates on the new Federal transportation authorization bill, entitled Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21), and on post 2010 census activities that may be conducted. Next Meeting: The next St. Lucie TPO meeting is a regular meeting scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, in the Port St. Lucie City Council Chambers located at 121 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, Florida. 15.
