WELCOME • Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers prior to entering the Commission Chambers. • Please note that the Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency serves in an advisory capacity to the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners and has the power to review and make recommendations to the Board, for approval or disapproval, on any applications within their area of responsibility. The Planning and Zoning Commission strongly encourages your input and comment at the public hearing. Port St. Lucie Shopping Center: PNRD 620114283 Petition of St. Lucie Realty Group, LLC for an Amendment to the Office Zoning Atlas from the CG (Commercial, General) and RS - 4 (Residential, Single Family - 4) Zoning Districts to the PNRD (Planned Non Residential Development) Zoning District and Preliminary and Final PNRD site plan approval. Staff comments by Jeffrey Johnson and presentation by Kara Wood. Exhibit 7; Staff Report Action Recommended; Forward recommendation of approva/ to the Board of County Commissioners. B. One Plan B. LLC: RZ 720124459 Petition of One Plan B, LLC for an Amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas from the 1 (Institutional) Zoning District to the CG (Commercial, General) Zoning District. St. Lucie County: FLUMA A County petition for an amendment to the Future. Exhibit 3: Staff Report Action Recommended: Forward recommendation of approva/ to the Board of County Commissioners. D. St. Lucie County: RZ A County petition for an amendment to the Official Zoning Atlas for 199 parcels totaling approximately 8,203.2 acres of public property to the Conservation Public (CPUB) Zoning District. ADJOURN NOTICE: All proceedings before the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency of St. Lucie County, Florida, are electronically recorded. If a person decides to appeal any recommendation made by the Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, by hiring their own court reporter at their own expense, to create a record that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Upon the request of any party to the proceedings, individuals testifying during a hearing will be sworn in. Any party to the proceeding will be granted an opportunity to cross-examine any individual testifying during a hearing upon request.
