Robinson House Update on County condemnation of William Robinson House at 4955 South Indian River Drive -Demolition permit # 1209-0332 Finalized on 9/28/2012 by building inspector David Johnson B. White City Historic District Review of possible historic district boundaries -Presentation by Mr. David Heffelfinger C. Approve meeting schedule for 2013 Consider approval of continuing the regular meeting schedule for quarterly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 4:OOpm as follows: January 16 April 16 July 16 October 15 4. Mr. motion and it Staff reported that the May 1, 2012 condemnation hearing scheduled for the Robinson House was postponed because staff had received information that a satisfaction of mortgage had been issued and a transfer of ownership needed to be investigated. After further research, no documentation had been recorded to indicate that there was a transfer of title. The condemnation hearing has been rescheduled for September 4, 2012. B. White City Historic District Members discussed what the best approach would be for considering establishing a White City Historic District. Inform the Board of County Commissioners of Historical Commission's intent to consider establishing a White City Historic District. 2. Conduct an analysis to determine any possible impacts on properties included in the district and ensure conformity with State Division of Historic Resources standards. 3. Hold a public meeting to invite residence to discuss pros and cons of establishing a historic district. 4.
