Staff reported that the May 1, 2012 condemnation hearing scheduled for the Robinson
House was postponed because staff had received information that a satisfaction of
mortgage had been issued and a transfer of ownership needed to be investigated. After
further research, no documentation had been recorded to indicate that there was a transfer
of title. The condemnation hearing has been rescheduled for September 4, 2012.
B. White City Historic District
Members discussed what the best approach would be for considering establishing a White
