Unresolved Issues Economic Development Council - Two sources were discussed the General Fund and Business Tax Revenue. Discussion and questions ensued. Research & Education Park - Motion to approve BOCC recommended budget which was second by Mr. Lounds. Cost of Living Adjustment - Ms. Outlaw gave a slide presentation on Proposed COLA Salary increases for FY2013. She told the Committee that she planned to recommend to the Board a one-time lump sum salary adjustment of 2%. Discussion and questions ensued. The Committee recommended a 3% increase. B. FY 13 Recommended Budget Ms. Outlaw started by going over the above in order as listed, and if there were any questions they would be answered as they went. Discussion and questions ensued. Mr. Knaggs — Presented an analysis of FY 2013 Budget. He asked for any questions and answered as the report was given. Discussion and questions ensued.
