Transit Development Plan (TDP) Major Update: Consideration of the Scope of Services for the completion of the TDP Major Update for St. Lucie County. Action: Approve the Scope of Services, approve with conditions, or do not approve. 8c. 2013 Legislative Priorities: Discussion and adoption of the 2013 Legislative Priorities. Action: Adopt the 2013 Legislative Priorities, adopt with conditions, or do not adopt. Transportation Planning for Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie Village and St. Lucie County February 6, 2013 Regular TPO Board Meeting Page 2 of 2 9. Discussion Items 9a. St. Lucie TPO Redesignation: Discussion of a Florida Department of Transportation request of the St. Lucie TPO to review its redesignation based on the 2010 Census. Action; Discuss and provide comments. 10. Informational Items 10a. 2013 MPOAC Weekend Institute for Elected Officials: Information on the dates and locations of the MPOAC Weekend Institute for 2013 is provided. Action; None. li. Next Meeting: The next St. Lucie TPO meeting is a regular meeting scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. 15. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the St. Lucie TPO with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall need a record of the proceedings, and for such a purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
