8a. Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Planning Grant Agreement:
Adoption of Resolution 13-02 authorizing the execution of a TD Planning
Grant Agreement for FY 2013/14.
Action: Adopt or do not adopt Resolution 13-02 authorizing the execution of
the TD Planning Grant Agreement.
8b. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Planning Grant Application:
Adoption of Resolution 13-03 authorizing the execution of a FTA Planning
Grant application for FY 2013/14.
Action: Adopt or do not adopt Resolution Y3-03 authorizing the execution of
the FTA Planning Grant application.
8c. Cashmere Boulevard Sidewalk Project Scope Revisions: Approval of
revisions in the scope of the Cashmere Boulevard Transportation
Enhancement Grant Sidewalk Project.
Action: Approve or do not approve the revisions in the project scope.
9. Action Items
9a. Selection of Firms for General Planning Consultant (GPC) Services:
Presentations by the short-listed firms and. selection of the firms to provide
GPC services to the St. Lucie TPO.
Action: Select three firms to provide GPC services to the St. Lucie TPO.
Transportation Planning for Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie Village and St. Lucie County

9b. FY 2013/14 - FY 2017/18 Transportation Improvement Program
(TIP): Review and adoption of the FY 2013/14 - FY 2017/18 TIP for the TPO.
Action: Adopt the TIP, adopt with conditions, or do not adopt.
9c. 2010 Federal Roadway Functional Classification Map: Review and
approval of the 2010 Federal Roadway Functional Classification Map.
Action: Approve the 2010 Federal Roadway Functional Classification Map,
approve with conditions, or do not approve.
9d. St. Lucie TPO Redesignation: Approval of the submittal of a final response
to a Florida Department of Transportation request of the St. Lucie TPO to
review its redesignation based on the results of the 2010 Census.
Action: Approve the submittal of the final response, approve with conditions,
or do not approve.
10. Discussion Items
SOa. Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) Draft 2040 Cost Feasible Plan
(2040 CFP): A presentation on the draft SIS 2040 CFP.
Action: Discuss and provide comments.
lOb. Treasure Coast Passenger Rail Action Committee (TCPRAC): Discussion
of the formation of the TCPRAC.
Action: Discuss and provide comments.

decision made by the St. Lucie TPO with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall need a
record of the proceedings, and for such a purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
