RE-ROOF PERMIT
(AFTER THE FACT)
Gentlemen,
This residence was re-roofed with GAF (Timberline HD) shingles in
accordance with Product Approval NOA No. 14-1022.20 (expires 02/21/17).
The roof is 3:12 pitch and approximately 1200 S.F.
The shingles were applied directly over the existing shingle roof with
(6)-2 11 roofing nails per shingle along the designated nail line printed on
the shingle. The shingles were installed in substantial compliance with the
Product Approval guidelines for installation.
I inspected the shingle installation from underneath (in attic) and noted the
new nails penetrating the plywood sheathing approximately %". The roof
was inspected on 04/15/15.
1 hereby certify that the roof as installed meets or exceeds the current 2010
FBC and ASCE 7-10. In addition, the finished product appears to have been
done in a good workmanship like manner.
