SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove existing roofing and install new 1" Snap Lock Metal Roof(Gulf Coast Supply&
Manufacturing FL# 11651.5) at above referenced residence address over new underlayment, fire
barrier, and existing plywood sheathing.

ATTACHMENT REOUIREMENTS:
Metal roofing to be attached with(2)-#12- 11 x 1" long(minimum 1/4"penetration through
plywood sheathing)pancake head corrosion resistant screws each 18 ga 3 1/2" long clip. Clips
located along each panel parallel to panel span and roof slope. Clip spacing as follows:
ZONE 1 (Field): Clips spaced at 24" O.C.
ZONE 2 (Perimeter/Ridge): Clips spaced at 6" O.C.
ZONE 3 (Corners): Clips spaced at 6" O.C.
Zones 1 &2 Design uplift Pressure: -67.3 psf
Zone 2 & 3 Design uplift Pressure: - 13 1.0 psf
Zones 1: 67.3 >44.7 Therefore O.K.
Zone 2 &3: 131.0> 110.8 >75.5 Therefore O.K.
DECK INSTALLATION:
Re-nail all plywood sheathing(15/32"thick minimum)with 8D ring-shank nails at 4" O.C.
perimeter and 6" O.C. field for all zones.
All work to be in compliance with product approval (FL# 11651.5), manufacturer's
specifications, and the Florida Building Code 2010.
