Message: Good afternoon...I need your help please! I need to change the
equipment manufacturer/brand, on a/c change out permit #SLC-1504-0441, from
Goodman to Rheern. We installed the Goodman system, as originally permitted.
Then there were issues with the Goodman system and the owner decided he didn't
want it, so we installed a Rheem2.5 ton 14 SEER 8kw system instead. I have
attached paperwork showing the change and a copy of the inspection card. Please
let me know if there is a fee owed and if this can be done via fax (or do I need to
come in to your office). Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me. Thank you in advance for your help!!!!
