To Whom It May Concern:
Based on information provided,the building is 44'long by 30'-wide and a flat mean roof height
less than 15 feet,in an exposure category B.
Based on the FBC 2010 and ASCE 7-10 for wind speed of 160 mph with an exposure category B,
I calculated the wind pressures on the components and cladding,roofing system,to be +16.0 psf
for the entire roof and-27.7 psf for the field,-46.4 psf for the perimeter and-69.8 psf for.corners.
The perimeter and corner pressures apply to a 4.0400t wide strip in from the buildings exterior
walls.
The proposed roofing system is a Polyglass USA Self=Adhesive Roofing System NOA 13-
12127.01. Attached are the base sheet fastener spacing calculations in accordance with RAS 117.
Nail spacing of 12" o.c. in the lap and 2 rows at 12" o.c.in the.field in accordance with the
Product Approval works except for at corners where the spacing shall be 9" o.c.
I certify to the best of my knowledge,belief and professional judgment that the design
-pressures listed above for components and cladding and the increased fastening requirements
are in accordance with the Florida Building Code 2010 edition.
