Please be advised our office has inspected the roofing installations for the above
referenced address and find that it has been installed as per the requirements of the
Product Approval,Florida Building Code 5t'Edition(2014), and with our Engineering
requirements for this project.
Inspections Include: Roof Sheathing,Roof Dry-In, and Roof Final.
Roofing Installed: "Union Corrugating Company"
26 ga 5V Crimp Metal Roof NOA#12-1231.03
Underlayment Installed: 30#Roofing Felt
