Building Official:
This letter is to inform you as threshold building special inspector, John Breitenbach PE 59770 will
be performing threshold building services for the proposed unit entry door replacement (all units) at
the above referenced location. Breitenbach Engineering will also act as the Engineer of Record.
Structural work will involve jamb, head, and door replacement. Other miscellaneous work may
include stucco repair, painting and sealing of the door work.
My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001.
I will be sending you copies of the final inspection report/or final completion certification letter when
the project is completed. Door replacements will be randomly inspected in progress, and final. The
following is the inspection plan:
1. Inspection of rough framing.
2. Inspection of installations.
3. Final painting &finish completion.
Breitenbach Engineering will be working directly for the condo association as EOR and specialty
inspector. ,
