A'Roofij'spection was performed at 5411 Silver Oak Dr in Ft Pierce FL.TThe•,-fiberglass-
dfinensional shingle roof and all its components specified below were found to be r
installed per the Florida Building Code at the time of installation. The nailing pattern w s,
consistentwrth the manufacturer's specifications. No current problems or water intrust`on
was apparent.-,CertainTeed dimensional shingles were installed as per Miami Dade NOA,
prod ,uctapproval #12-1204.01, over 30#felt over 15/32" CDX Structural Roof Sheathing,

nailed with)8p'nails @ 6" on edges & 12"in the field. t appears to have been'insfitalled
around 2006-2607.
