Please be advised that qualified personnel of Cook&Menard Architecture Inc.performed
an on site inspection at the above referenced location and found the following work to be
done,to the best of our knowledge in accordance with the 2014 Florida Building Code.
1. Roof sheathing nailing.
2. Roof dry-in.
3. Metal Roofing installation(fastener size and spacing).
4. Final Roof Inspection.
We hereby certify that the re-roof is in compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code
for 160 MPH wind zone,Exposure B.
