QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Quit Claim Deed has been executed,on the date indicated below,by THELMA SEMLEAR,
an unremarried widow,hereafter called the grantor,whose post office address is 45 Rio Vista Street,
Stuart,FL 34996,to THELMA MONACO SEMLEAR and TEDDY ANN ALLMAN,as co-trustees
of THE THELMA MONACO REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST, dated April 22, 1991, hereafter
called the grantee,whose post office address is 45 Rio Vista Street, Stuart,FL 34996. .
(Wherever used herein,the terms"grantor"and"grantee"shall include singular and
plural,heirs,legal representatives,and assigns of individuals,and the successors and
assigns of corporations,wherever the context so admits or requires.)
Witnesseth,that the said grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of$10.00,in hand paid by the
said grantee,the receipt whereofis hereby acknowledged,does hereby remise,release,and quitclaim
unto the said grantee forever,all the right,title,interest, claim,and demand which the said grantor
has in and to the following described lot,piece,or parcel of land,situated,lying and being in Palm
Beach County,Florida,to wit:
The West 130 feet of Lot i and the West 130 feet of Noreth half of
Lot 2,Block 27,Indian River Estates Unit Five,according to the map
or plat thereof,as recorded in Plat Book 10,Page(s)58,of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,Florida.

SCRIVNER HAS MADE NO TITLE EXAMINATION.
THIS IS AN INTRA FAMILY CONVEYANCE;TBEREFORE,MINIMUM
DOCUMENTARY STAMPS ARE ATTACBED.
