Status: CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO BEGIN PROJECT
Application to install white vinyl privacy fence to enclose back yard of house. Fence to
begin no.closer than:10 feet from front of.house on either side. Fence to be 6-.feet in
height with an access gate on both sides;of house as indicated in attached drawing.

any work'may be done; and 2.) Prior to beginning project homeowner must contact and
coordinate with HOA Office'and Maintenance Staff regarding relocation, addition:or
elimination-of any irrigation sprinkler heads, including not covering any, to continue
adequate irrigation of lawn. Homeowner to do the work.
PLEASE NOTE: Ownermust call office upon completion for final inspection.
