PROPOSALTO:
Demo concrete for installation of new drain for laundry and kitchen.
Install new 2" pvc drain line for laundry and kitchen underground.
Tie intu existing drain line under floor in bathroom. Provide new recessed laundry box in wall. Dirt
excavated will be left for backfill,by others.
Not to include removal of concrete from premises. We will put it in owner-provided dumpster if on site.
**The condition of the underground main drain is unknown. If it is too badly deteriorated, work will not
proceed until additional charges are approved by owner.
Replace kitchen sink and faucet after new cabinets are installed. Connect to existing plumbing.
Install new white enamel on steel bathtub with code-approved pressure balanced shower valve and
complete hook up. Not to include garbage disposal or dishwasher hook up.
Install new 24" vanity, lavatory and faucet with complete hook up.
Install new standard white-toilet.complete.
Install new 40 gallon electric water heater.
Kitchen sink,vanity and toilet will have new emergency shut off valves.
Floor and/or wall repairs.will not be performed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Demolition debris will be
placed in owner-supplied dumpster on site.
Condition of existing water lines is unknown until water is back on. Cost provided includes no water
lines replacement.
Quoted price includes labor, material, and tax for above-described work only. Permit fees to be
assessed after permits have been issued and fees are known.
